Fenton氧化法处理末端难降解废水的研究

             

摘要

利用Fenton试剂处理某公司末端难降解废水,以期提标排放,通过单因素的正交实验,考察废水初始pH、双氧水的投加量、硫酸亚铁的投加量、反应时间等因素对COD去除率的影响。结果表明,废水pH调节到3~4,双氧水投加量为废水量的0.05%,硫酸亚铁量为废水量的0.05%,反应时间为2 h,COD能够下降到2×10-4。%The treatment of refractory wastewater by Fenton reagent was studied. Through orthogonal ex-periment of single factor, the investigation on the initial pH value, the additive amount of H2O2, the additive amount of FeSO4·7H2O, and the influence of reaction time on COD removal rate, in order to improve the standard discharge, The results showed that: under the condition that the initial pH value was 3~4,the dosage of H2O2 0.5 mL/L, FeSO4·7H2O 0.5 g/L, and the reaction time 120 min, then COD could descend to 2×10-4.
