根据浙江省杭州市某农药生产企业废气排放的特点,对生产车间及废水站产生的废气进行单独收集,集中处理;采用臭氧氧化、光催化氧化、碱洗、活性炭吸附的协同降解处理工艺.工程实践表明,废气经处理后,排放的特征因子:甲苯为0.46 mg/m3,二甲苯为1.14 mg/m3,氯化氢为2.39 mg/m3,臭气浓度130;排放达到《大气污染物综合排放标准》(GB 16297-1996)和《恶臭污染物排放标准》(GB 14554-93).该系统运行稳定,处理成本低,处理效率高.%The characteristics of exhaust gas emission from a pesticide production enterprise in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. The exhaust gas produced by the workshop and wastewater treatment facility were collected separately and treated centrally. The synergistic treatment of ozone oxidation , photocatalytic oxidation, alkali washing, activated carbon adsorption and were adopted. Engineering practice shows, the characteristic factors of exhaust gas emission that after treatment are:toluene 0.46 mg/m3, xylene 1.14 mg/m3, hydrogen chloride 2.39 mg/m3, odour concentration 130. The discharge reached the standard of integrated e-mission of atmospheric pollutants (GB 16297-1996) and the discharge standard of odorous pollutants (GB 14554-93). The treatment facility system is stable in operation and low cost of treatment, in the same time, the treatment efficiency is high.
