TBM开挖料用作混凝土骨料的试验研究及应用

摘要

论述了以 TBM 掘进料为料源加工人工骨料的可行性试验研究。采用 TBM 开挖料，节约成本，虽然水泥用量增多，但混凝土强度增大，混凝土整体质量有所提高，满足了混凝土设计指标的要求。 TBM 开挖料加工的骨料适用于低强度等级洞内回填混凝土，采用 TBM 开挖料，在满足工程需要的同时，降低了经济成本，保护了生态环境。%　　The paper deals with the feasibility test and study of using TBM excavation material as concrete aggregate .Although the cement consumption increases ,the use of TBM as concrete aggregate can reduce the project cost ,increase the concrete strength ,improve the overall quality of concrete and satisfy the de-sign requirements of concrete .The crushed TBM excavation material is suitable for use in backfill concrete in a tunnel with low grade strength .The use of TBM excavation material can reduce the economic cost and protect the ecological environment while meeting the project requirement .
