长距离多起伏供水管线水锤防护研究

         

摘要

Water hammer protection is the key problem in design of a pumping station in terms of safety. The hydraulic control non-return valve can effectively depress the water hammer pressure of long-distance water conveyance pipelines, but when the water pipeline gives rise to lone distance multi-fl uctuation and bridging water hammer, only installation of a hydraulic control non-return valve is unable to effectively control rise of water hammer pressure. The paper proposes to use a hydraulic control non-return valve, a water hammer prevention valve and a hammer type air valve together in a combined way as design measures to eliminate long-distance multi-fl uctuation pipeline water hammer. both hammer pre-acting valves and hammer prevention type air valves are apt to control, to regulate and to release and will not cause pump impulse, which are considered to be an effective and simple method.%水锤防护是泵站工程安全设计的关键问题,液控止回阀可以有效缓减长距离输水管线的水锤压力,但当管线呈现长距离多起伏状态并发生弥合性水锤时,仅靠设置液控止回阀不能有效控制水锤压力的上升,本文通过对不同案例水锤的分析计算,提出了“液控止回阀+水锤预防阀+水锤型空气阀”联合使用的消除长距离多起伏管线水锤的设计措施。水锤预作用阀、防水锤型空气阀易于控制、调节、排放,且不会产生水泵冲击,是一种有效而简单的方法,该措施可为类似泵站的水锤防护设计提供参考。
