大极板锌电解槽间铜排冷却水系统的研究

         

摘要

采用大极板电解的锌电解车间,槽间导电铜排发热量较大,需要通过外部冷却水系统带走热量,以达到稳定生产的目的.云南驰宏锌锗会泽冶炼分公司锌电解车间铜排冷却水系统调试过程中出现电机频繁跳闸,接头蹦脱等问题,本文对该系统进行分析,对比了敞开式和闭式冷却系统的优缺点,对存在的问题提出改进方案.%The zinc electrolysis plant adopted with the large-plate electrolysis,it has the big heat productivity of copper bar among the ceils,which needs the external cooling water system take away the heat in order to stable the production.In the cooling water system of the copper bar in the zinc electrolytic plant,Huize smelting branch company,Yunnan Chihong Zn&Ge Co.,Ltd.,in the commissioning process,its motor trips frequently,and the joint popped off frequently,therefore the system is analyzed,and the advantages and disadvantages of the open and closed cooling water system is compared,therefore the improvement scheme for the existing problems is proposed.
