槽车充装系统管路阻力特性与泵的选型探讨

摘要

The situation of the actual pump filling flow of the liquefied gas tanker filling is analyzed. The resistance characteristics of the filling of the pipeline system were calculated,the field test result and calculation analysis is consistent.By analysis,the pressure parameters of the charging pump outlet were ob-tained when the flow reached 40m3 /h.This provided a reference for the selection of suitable filling pump system.%对液化气槽车充装泵实际充装流量偏小的情况进行分析，计算该充装系统管路的阻力特征，现场实验结果与计算分析一致，为该系统选取合适的充装泵提供借鉴。
