鄂尔多斯市矿井水评价与开发利用研究

     

摘要

In order to grasp the utilization of mine water of Ordos City,the investigation of present mining situation of typical colliery was carried out,and the coal mine water discharge and available amount were analyzed and evaluated. It is concluded that the mine water enrichment coefficient is 0. 117,the current situation of mine water discharge is 5 139. 0 × 104 t/a and the available amount of mine water is 3 597. 3 × 104 t/a in Ordos City. Meanwhile,the evaluation and classification of mine water quality were conducted. The results show that the qualities of mine water in Dong-sheng,Jungar and Shanghaimiao are relatively poor,and in Zhuozishan is the poorest,which are not suitable for drink directly. At last,the guar-antee measures of mine water utilization were put forward:1)to develop coal mine water use planning and implementation details to achieve an al-ternative to other sources of water;2)to establish a conscious enterprises demand-oriented technological innovation system,mine water use support system,technical service system and supervision and management system;3)to establish industrial policies to promote utilization of mine water, and to guide and encourage high water consumption enterprises use mine water firstly;4)to encourage the enterprises such as coal mining,water consumption and water supply to invest in the construction of mine water utilization facilities.%为了掌握鄂尔多斯市煤矿矿井水的利用情况,对典型煤矿开采现状进行了调查,分析评估了矿井水水量和可利用量,得出鄂尔多斯市矿井综合富水系数为0.117,现状矿井水水量为5139.0万t/a,可利用量为3597.3万t/a。同时,对矿井水水质进行了评价和分类,结果表明东胜、准格尔、上海庙煤矿为较差,桌子山煤矿为极差,不适宜直接饮用。最后,提出了矿井水利用的保障措施:①制定煤矿矿井水利用规划和实施细则,实现矿井水对其他水源的替代;②建立以煤矿企业需求为导向的自觉的技术创新体系,以及矿井水利用的支撑体系、技术服务体系和监督管理体系;③出台促进矿井水利用的优惠政策,引导和鼓励高耗水企业优先使用矿井水;④鼓励煤矿企业、用水企业、供水企业等投资建设矿井水利用配套设施。
