新型城镇化建设中基于低影响开发的水系规划

         

摘要

传统的城镇化追求高土地利用率,填埋水系河塘、破坏水系结构的问题十分突出,水系规划理论与方法亟待改进。为此,引入低影响开发理念,提出新型城镇化建设中的水系规划原则和方法,并通过实例应用,将低影响开发理念前置到水系规划阶段。所提出的“挖大填小,大直小弯,随弯就弯”“水系路网相随”的规划方法取得了保障防洪除涝安全、最大限度地保护现有水系、对生态环境扰动较小的规划效果。%The traditional urbanization pursuits high utilization rate of land,fills flatland and river channels and destroys water system. So the theory and method of urban drainage planning need to be improved urgently. This paper introduced the concept of LID (Low Impact De-velopment),put forward a set of water system planning principles and methods in new urbanization based on LID. Using the low impact de-velopment concept to guide water system planning and implement in the instance,the paper proposed planning method of“dig big fill small, big straight and little curve,with curved bending”and“the drainage network along with the road network”,which ensured the safety of flood control and waterlogging control,protected the existing water system maximatily and disturbed the ecological environment minimally.
