石头河水电站机组改造中导叶关闭方式的优化

     

摘要

During the dilatancy modification process of Shitouhe Hydro Power Station,a problem of the hydraulic transient process occurred, which might seriously affect the station operation safety and operational quality. For solving this problem,we used the numerical simulation techniques and methods to regulate the closure pattern of guide vanes. Based on large numbers of calculations,the closure pattern was opti-mized under different working conditions. Results provided the optimized technical parameters in relation with the two section of straight off for No. 1 to No. 3 sets and proposal of limiting the operation of No. 4 set under the SD3 condition. Such results made dilatancy modification of the entire station reach the requirement of regulation guaranteed standards,effectively solved the conflictions of speed up and volute water pressure rise during the unit load rejection and raised the safety and stability of the station performance.%石头河水电站扩容改造过程中遇到水力过渡过程问题,严重影响了水电站的运行安全及运行质量。为了解决这一问题,采用数值模拟技术和方法,在进行大量分析计算的基础上,对不同工况下导叶关闭方式进行了技术优化,给出了1#~3#机组优化后的导叶两段直线关闭的相关技术参数,提出了4#机组在4台机组全运行、1#~3#机组甩全负荷的工况下限制运行的建议。经技术优化后,整个水电站扩容改造达到了调节保证标准的要求,有效地解决了机组甩负荷时转速上升和蜗壳水压力上升的问题,提高了水电站运行的安全性和稳定性。
