枕头坝一级水电站库区关村坝大桥架设方案简述

摘要

The S306 reconstructed road, passing through valley area with unfavorable geological condition, is a resettlement re-building project of Zhentouba I Hydropower Station. The Guancunba Bridge crosses under a cable bridge that could not be re-moved due to transportation reasons, so it brings difficulties for the erection of T beams of the 11th and 12th span. Through anal-ysis of car crane capacity and lift height, two 200t car cranes were selected as lifting device of T-beam. Through reasonably se-lecting crane location and performing the safety guarantee work seriously, we have successfully erected the T beams, solving the problem of T beam erection in narrow space.%枕头坝一级水电站库区S306公路是移民复建工程，位于高山峡谷区，地质条件较差。其中某大桥因上方有一连索桥不能拆除，造成第11、12号跨T型梁难以架设。在估算分析汽车吊的起重能力和吊臂长度后，决定选用2台200 t汽车吊作为T形梁起重设备。通过合理布置吊车位置并作好现场吊装安全控制，成功地实施了T梁的吊装架设，突破了小空间内架设T形梁的安装技术难题。
