大岗山水电站施工灌浆计价与质量管理措施探讨

摘要

Valuation and quality control are key links in grouting construction management of a hydropower project. Taking Da-gangshan hydropower station as a case, the quality control standard and valuation mode of consolidation grouting and curtain grou-ting as well as grouting effect are introduced and the existed problems and the causes are analyzed. In combination with the cor-relative large-scale hydropower projects, the comprehensive management measures for grouting valuation and quality control are suggested. The suggested measures have practical significance for improving the quality control of grouting construction progress and ensuring the grouting effect and general construction quality.%水电工程灌浆项目计价方式与质量控制是灌浆工程施工管理的关键环节。以大岗山水电站工程为例，介绍了固结灌浆及帷幕灌浆的质量控制标准和计价方式，以及灌浆施工过程控制效果，分析了管理中存在的问题及其产生原因。结合相关大型水电工程，提出了解决灌浆计价与质量控制的综合管理措施。所提出的一些具体建议措施，对于改进和提高灌浆施工过程质量控制、保证灌浆效果以及整体工程质量，具有实际参考价值。
