攀枝花银江水电站坝基勘探斜孔钻进施工工艺

         

摘要

The rock mass on the left bank of the planned Yinjiang Hydropower Station at Panzhihua City is broken quartz dio-rite. In order to understand the fracture distribution condition in the rock mass, the basic hydrological and geological condition of the dam foundation, the inclined drilling holes with dip angle of 30°and azimuth angle of 320°were arranged for exploration. In the combination with the application of YZK20 inclined hole, the construction technology of inclined drilling hole, drilling hole structure, drilling parameter selection, drilling construction difficulties and treatment measures for accidents in drilling process are introduced, which can be referred by the similar works.%拟建的攀枝花银江水电站坝址左岸岩体为较破碎的石英闪长岩。为了弄清左岸岩体内断层的分布情况、坝基基本地质条件及水文地质条件,在现场布置了倾角30°、方位角320°的斜钻孔对其进行勘探。结合YZK20斜孔钻探技术的应用情况,主要介绍了斜钻孔的施工工艺、钻孔结构、钻进参数的选取、钻孔施工难点及钻探过程中发生的事故及处理措施。积累的工程经验可为类似工程参考。
