上海市浦东新区灌区排灌系统已运行近30 a,灌溉格局已发生较大变化,原有灌溉设施落后且老化严重,存在灌溉效率低,管理成本大等问题。为此,浦东新区实施了以PE管材替换灌溉管网系统,以铸铁闸门控制管道分流,以玻璃钢给水栓进行末端放水等方式的灌区改造工程。工程改造完成后,灌区运行效率提高,运行费用降低,灌溉系数大大提高。结合改造工程的实施情况,系统总结了项目规划布局、方案选择、管网材料选取等方面的成功经验,并指出设计中应注意的问题,如设计标准的统一,工程实施与社会发展规划的结合,适合灌区实际的灌溉制度,与农户充分沟通协商等。%After more than 30 years′operation, the irrigation and drainage system in Pudong New Zone, Shanghai has changed greatly, the original irrigation facilities were backward and aged seriously, resulting in low irrigation efficiency and high manage-ment cost etc. For this reason, the irrigation transformation project was carried out, in which, the PE pipe was used to build the irrigation pipe network system, the cast iron gate was adopted to control the pipe diversion, and the fiber-glass hydrant was ap-plied to water supply etc. After the transformation project, the operation efficiency is improved, the operation cost is reduced and the irrigation coefficient is increased largely. The successful experiences are summarized systematically in the aspects of planning and layout, irrigation plans and pipe network material selection etc. according to practical transformation work, and the problems to be paid attention are pointed out, such as the design standards unification, the combination of irrigation construction and social development, the irrigation system suitable for the situation of the irrigation zone, fully communication and consultation with the farmers.
