Salinity is a major environmental factor that limits plant growth. Salt stress leads to a series of physiological and biochemical decompensation in plants through osmotic effects ( dehydration) , nutritional imbalance and toxicity of salt ions (Na + and Cl-), and finally results in depressed plant growth, lint yield and quality. The paper summarized the research progress of the effects of salt stress on plant and analyzed the mechanism of the hurt to plant by salt stress from the perspectives of the production of oxygen free radical, the membrane lipid peroxidation, the hurt of inorganicions, the hurt of infiltration and accumulation of toxicant. Also, the mechanisms of the resistance of the plant to salinity, and the physiological factors of plant to salt stress have been summarized in this paper.%盐分是影响植物生长的一个重要环境因素.在世界上的干旱和半干旱地区,降雨量小,蒸发量大,高温以及不合理的水分利用都促进了盐分胁迫的加剧.盐胁迫通过离子毒害、营养失衡和渗透胁迫,引起植物体生理生化代谢失调,进而影响其生长发育、产量和品质.总结了盐分胁迫对植物生长发育影响的研究进展,从氧自由基产生、膜脂过氧化、离子伤害、渗透伤害和有毒物质积累等方面系统分析了盐胁迫对植物的伤害机理,并综述了植物对盐分胁迫的适应机制,总结了主要的抗盐生理指标.
