伊犁苦豆子地上生物量及生殖分配特性研究

             

摘要

[目的]研究植物生殖构件的表型可塑性与分株物质生产和分配的内在联系及其变化规律.[方法]采用大样本取样,对伊犁河谷湿地苦豆子种群生殖构件进行系统性分析.[结果]在籽实完熟期,苦豆子种群单个生殖分株的生物量为(31.78±17.23)g,豆荚生物量和豆荚数分别为(4.37±2.55)g和(47.30±24.49)个;种子生物量和种子数分别为(3.08±2.13)g和(121.30±92.83)粒;生殖分配1和生殖分配2分别为(14.87%±6.34%)和(10.23%±5.04%).各生殖构件表型观测数据最大值比最小值高6.1~12.9倍.苦豆子种群生殖分株同时具有同速和异速2种不同增减过程的表型可塑性调节.[结论]研究结果将对有效控制草原和农田生态系统中伊犁苦豆子的生态危害提供理论基础,同时也为苦豆子资源的合理开发和利用提供了一定的理论依据.%[Objective] The purpose of this study is to grasp the plant reproduction and phenotypic plasticity plant material production and distribution of the inner link and variation. [ Method ] A large samples from the Hi River valley wetlands were applied to conduct a systematic analysis of the population reproduction of Sophora alopecuroides L. [Result] The results showed that the biomass of each reproductive ramet of S. Alopecuroides population was (31.78 ± 17.23) g; the biomass and number of pods were (4.37 ±2.55) and (47.30 ± 24.49) respectively ; the biomass and number of seeds were (3.08 ± 2. 13) g and (121.30 ± 92.83) respectively; reproductive allocation 1 (RA1) and RA2 were (14.87% ±6.34%) and (10.23% ±5.04%) respectively at the seed ripening stage. The maximum in the observed phenotype data of each reproductive module were 6.1- 12.9 times more than the minimum. There were two different regulations of phenotype plasticity in reproductive ramets of S. Alopecuroides L. Population at the same time, which were processes of increase/decrease for the isogony and allometry. [Conclusion] The results of this study will effectively control the grassland and cropland ecosystems ecological invasion of S. Alopecuroides L. And provide basic theories for rational development and application of that plant.
