4KM-1800牵引式棉秸秆收获打捆机关键参数设计及试验研究

         

摘要

[目的]为了棉花秸秆能得到合理有效的利用,研制回收率高,一次作业就可以完成棉秸秆收获及打捆机具.[方法]研究借鉴目前所采用的牧草打捆机理,对机具关键工作部件的结构及参数设计进行理论分析计算,通过正交试验初步确定牵引式棉秸秆收获打捆机的结构及其关键部件的形状和尺寸参数.[结果]机具工作速度≥2 km/h,秸秆回收率≥95%,工作幅宽1400~1 800 mm;生产率8~10捆/h;作业可靠性≥90%.[结论]该种机型的研制有效解决了棉秆收获打捆的技术难题,直接提升棉秆资源利用水平,降低棉秸秆的回收成本,减少农田作业次数,能合理有效地将棉花秸秆开发利用成可再生能源,有利于棉秸秆打捆技术的推广.%[Objective] In order to get a reasonable and effective use of cotton straw. It is necessary to develop combine harvest and baling cotton machine with high recovery rate, strong bundle, and high density. [ Method ] Theory analysis and parameters calculation of the machine working parts structure have been proceeding based on previous forage grass baling mechanism. The optimized structure parameters of combine harvest and baling cotton machine have been determined. [ Result ] Test results showed that the best performance of the machine was as follows; work speed ≥ 2 km/h, cotton straw recovery rate ≥95% , work width; 1 400 - 1 800 mm, productivity; 8-10 bundle/h; reliability ≥90%. [Conclusion] The development of the models effectively solve the technical problems of a bale of cotton stalk harvesting and improve cotton stalk resources use directly. The recycling costs of the cotton straw and farmland work frequency can be greatly reduced basing on this machine. A renewable energy can be developed and cotton straw baling technology can be promoted in the future.
