国内外褐色土地再利用研究综述

摘要

Through the review of domestic and international research on brownfield, this article systematically sorts out and summarizes the current situation of brownfield’s study at home and abroad. The large-scale research began in the 1990s in the developed coun-tries. The research topics are mainly concentrated in the following areas: the concept and the identification of brownfields, estimating the value of brownfields, the remediation technologies of brownfields redevelopment, the environmental liabilities and risks in the redevelopment, the potential and barriers of the brownfields redevelopment. Currently, the domestic study of brownfields redevelopment has just started, the comments of the inter-national study can provide useful lessons for our brownfields redevelopment.%　　本文通过系统回顾和梳理国内外关于城市褐色土地再利用研究的相关文献，追溯研究历史，归纳研究内容，把握国内外褐色土地再利用问题的研究现状。国际上对褐色土地再利用的大规模研究始于20世纪90年代的欧美等发达国家。研究议题主要集中在褐色土地再利用价值评估、褐色土地修复技术、褐色土地再利用的环境责任与风险评价、褐色土地再利用的潜力和障碍等方面。而我国对城市褐色土地再利用的研究近几年才刚刚起步，希望通过评述国际上相关问题的研究，为我国褐色土地开发和研究提供经验借鉴。
