本文从时空耦合协调角度，通过城市化与海洋服务业协调发展问题研究分析其发展规律特征。研究表明，沿海地区城市化与海洋服务业协调发展水平呈上升趋势，协调发展水平由濒临失调调整为优良协调，海洋服务业发展情况良好，由城市化推进海洋服务业发展向海洋服务业促进城市化进程转变。地区间协调水平差异明显，同时呈现出波动变化的特征。协调发展类型中，城市化发展滞后型长期占有较高比重，短时间海洋服务业滞后型占较高比重。主要因为城市化发展进程呈现出“S”曲线的发展规律，海洋服务业呈直线上升趋势，最终导致地区协调发展水平、类型呈现出波动性变化特征。%The level of urbanization in coastal areas plays a catalytic role in the development of service industry, and service industry drive the devel-opment of urbanization process to a higher level in a corresponding way. In this paper, using the coupling coordination model to analyze the coupling co-ordination between the two systems. On the analysis to regional perspective, and through the cluster analysis of SPSS, the level of similar area classifi-cation, can be more clearly reflect the results of the analysis.Research shows that the urbanization of coastal areas and marine services coordination devel-opment level is on the rise, the coordinated development level changed from on the verge of disorder to fine coordination, Marine service industry develop-ment situation is good, and the development way from the urbanization promote the development of marine services change to marine services to promote the urbanization process. Regional coordination level difference is obvious, and at the same time shows the characteristics of fluctuation change.
