职业铅接触工人健康危害调查

摘要

目的：了解职业铅接触工人的健康危害情况。方法对苏州某电子厂进行铅工作环境调查，抽取169人职业性铅作业工人作为研究对象，进行尿铅测定和职业健康体检,分析铅接触对工人健康状况的影响。结果169人中，尿铅超标率为26%，并存在不同程度的健康问题。其中，54.8%的作业工人血压、心电图、血红蛋白及肝功能（谷丙转氨酶）异常率显著高于尿铅正常工人。结论尿铅超标会危害工人的健康。%Obiective] To understand the health effect of occupational exposure to lead. [Methods]Working enioronment of an electronics factory in Suzhou wasinvestigated, with health examination of 169 workers occupationally exposed to lead.[Results] among the 169 workers, 26% of them were found over the national limit level in urine lead, and 54.8% of which accompanied with abnormal blood pressure, ECG, Hb and liver functions.[Conclusion]. High level in urine lead may impair the workers’ health.
