增液汤合甘桔汤加味治疗慢性咽炎30例疗效观察

         

摘要

chronic pharyngitis for pharyngeal mucosa and submucosal lymphoid tissue of diffuse inflammation, belong to the traditional chinese medicine "bi deficiency fire throat", "running bead throat bi", "Yin throat bi syndrome" category. to pharyngeal drying, burning pain, itching, foreign body sensation, irritating cough. tcM holds that the disease is mainly composed of zang-fu organs such as lung, spleen, kidney deficiency or imbalance, alongwith the throat, follow the traditional chinese medicine "can nourish dry, Yin fluid" theory, in the clinical application of increase fluid decoction and GanJie tonga taste treatment of 30 cases of the disease, the effect is satisfied. Using the introduction, because Jane, then, test, inexpensive, is worth popularizing in clinical use.%慢性咽炎为咽部黏膜、黏膜下及淋巴组织的弥漫性炎症,属于中医“虚火喉痹”、“窜珠喉痹”、“阴虚喉痹”等症的范畴。以咽部干燥、灼热微痛、发痒、异物感、刺激性干咳为主证。中医认为本病主要由肺、脾、肾等脏腑亏虚或失调,咽喉失养而致,遵循中医“滋阴润燥,养阴增液”理论,在临床中应用增液汤合甘桔汤加味治疗本病30例,效果满意。使用经方验方,因为简、便、验、廉,值得在临床上推广使用。
