肌瘤内消丸治疗子宫肌瘤临床疗效分析

摘要

Objective:To observe clinical thcraputic effect of Zhonglin Nubian Pill on uterine fibroids. Methods: Sixty patients diagnosed with uterine fibroids were randomly divided into 2 groups: the treatment group (30 eases )and the control group (30 eases ). The treatment group received Zhnngliuneixanwan, and the control group received mifepristnne. The clinical effect was compared after 3 months clinical course. Results:The effect rate of Treatment group is 86. 67%,and the control group is 63. 33%. Conclusion:Clinical effect of Zhongliiineixaowan on Uterine fibroids is more significant than mifepristone desere the clinical expansion.%目的:观察肌瘤内消丸治疗子宫肌瘤临床疗效.方法:将60例确诊为子宫肌瘤的患者随机分为2组,治疗组30例和对照组30例.治疗组给予肌瘤内消丸治疗,对照组给予米非司酮,疗程均为3个月.3个月后对比疗效.结果:治疗组患者总有效率86.67%,对照组患者治疗总有效率63.33%,两者比较有统计学意义,P<0.05.结论:肌瘤内消丸治疗子宫肌瘤临床效果显著,值得临床推广.
