玻璃酸钠关节内注射联合温针在膝关节骨性关节炎治疗中的疗效观察

Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of articular injection of sodium hyaluronate combined with warm needle in treating knee osteoarthritis (OA).Methods:Sixty three OA patients treated in outpatient clinic of our department from September 2012 to June 2013 were randomly divided into sodium hyaluronate group and combination treatment group.Patients in the sodium hyalur-onate group received articular injection of sodium hyaluronate,and patients in combination treatment group were given warm acupuncture and knee articular injection of sodium hyaluronate.The clinical efficacy of two group was observed through the evaluation of visual ana-logue pain (VAS)score,and Lysholm knee rehabilitation scores (LKSS).Results:After treatment,the differences of VAS score and LKSS score between the two groups were statistically significant.Both groups had lower VAS scores and higher LKSS after treatment,and the differences were both statistically significant (P <0.05).Between the two groups,after treatment,VAS scores of the combined treat-ment group was lower than that of the sodium hyaluronate group,while LKSS score was higher than that of sodium hyaluronate group. Difference of symptom score between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant.Conclusion:Articular injection of sodium hyaluronate combined with warm needle in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis has definite effect,and it has convenient operation process which is worthy of clinical application.%目的：观察玻璃酸钠关节内注射联合温针在膝关节骨性关节炎（Knee Osteoarthitis，OA）治疗中的临床疗效。方法：以2012年9月至2013年6月在我科门诊就诊的63例 OA 患者为研究对象，随机分为玻璃酸钠组及联合治疗组。玻璃酸钠组选用玻璃酸钠注射液关节腔内注射，联合治疗组采用温针灸法和膝关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠方法，观察2组患者治疗后的临床疗效，对比2组治疗前、后疼痛视觉模拟（Visual Analogue Scale，VAS）评分、Lysholm 膝关节康复量表评分（LKSS）评价治疗效果。结果：2组患者治疗后 VAS 评分以及 LKSS 评分均有统计学意义，具有统计学意义。各组治疗前后进行比较，2组患者经治疗后VAS 评分均低于治疗前，治疗后 LKSS 均高于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。组间比较，联合治疗组治疗后 VAS 评分低于玻璃酸钠组，而 LKSS 评分高于玻璃酸钠组。2组治疗后症状评分差异有统计学意义。2组治疗前、后症状评分比较，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：温针灸联合玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效确切，方法简便，值得临床进一步推广应用。
