络脉是经络重要的组成部分，本文从整理文献的角度，以针灸学为切入点探析络脉的内涵，明确其概念、结构分类、分布循行、络病病理变化及针灸治疗。以期指导临床提高络病治疗疗效、推动络病发展。%Collaterals is an important part of the meridian system .By reviewing literatures , this paper explores the connotation of collat-erals from the perspective of acupuncture to clearly indicate the collaterals ’ concept , structure categories , distribution on body , patho-logical changes and acupuncture treatment field .It is expected to promote the development of collateral pathology and meanwhile improve its clinical therapy standard accordingly .
