贾春华教授运用小柴胡汤合方治疗杂病经验发微

摘要

疾病发展错综复杂，非能由一证或一病机概括，合方治疗是在前人已有的成果上前进，远比以药物重新组方来得直接、简捷，因为每首留传下来的方剂是几代医家经历成千上万次的临床检验的结果。贾春华教授善用合方治病，而小柴胡汤在促进“五脏元真通畅”方面具有非常重要的作用，文章以小柴胡合方治验病例6则，以期管窥贾师学术经验之一斑，并与同道共享。%The development of disease is complex,and it cannot be summarized only by one syndrome or pathogenesis.Treatment through compound formula is more direct and simpler than reinstituted prescriptions since the curative effect of each formula com-pounded has been verified by several generations of practitioners.Professor Jia Chunhua is good at using the compound formula treatment.Xiao Chaihu formula has a significant role in promoting the circulation of qi and blood of viscera.This paper shares 6 examples of Professor Jia’s experiences on the treatment with formula compounded with Xiao Chaihu formula.
