桃红四物汤治疗子宫腺肌症痛经的临床疗效观察

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Taohong Siwu Decoction in the treatment of dysmenorrhea due to adenomyosis.Methods:A total of 65 out-patient patients with dysmenorrhea due to adenomyosis who had treatment in the hospital from April 2013 to October 2015 were included as test subjects.Patients were divided into observation group with 33 cases and control group with 32 patients according to chronological admission.All the patients received conventional western medicine treatment,while patients in the observation group were additionally treated with Taohong Siwu Decoction.The clinical efficacy of patients in the two groups before and after the treatment was observed and recorded and changes in visual analog scale and serum Ga125 value were analyzed and compared.Results:Twelve patients in the observation group recovered after the treatment with the total efficiency of 87.88％;but only one case in the control group was cured with the total efficiency of only 53.13％,which showing statistically significant differences (P ＜ 0.05).VAS scores of the two groups were significandy lower after the treatment,showing that there was a statistical significance compared with those before the treatment (P ＜ 0.05).VAS score of the observation group after the treatment was 2.27 ± 1.54,while that in the control group was relative high,with an average of 4.82 ±2.19 points,showing that there was statistically significant difference in the two groups (P ＜ 0.05).There was no significant difference in serum Ga125 level between the two groups before the treatment (P ＞ 0.05);the serum Ga125 levels of the two groups were significantly decreased after the treatment,but that of the observation group was lower,which showed statistically significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).The incidence of adverse reaction in the control group was 9.37％ and there was no adverse reaction in the observation group,with no statistically significant difference (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of Taohong Siwu Decoction in the treatment of patients with dysmenorrhea due to adenomyosis is good.It may help patients alleviate pain,improve irregular menstruation and change the uterine size to normal,with high safety but no any adverse reaction,which is worth of widely use in clinical.%目的:探究桃红四物汤治疗子宫腺肌症痛经患者的临床疗效.方法:选取2013年4月至2015年10月海口市中医医院门诊治疗的65例子宫腺肌症患者,根据入院时间先后将患者随机分为观察组33例和对照组32例,对照组患者采用常规西药治疗,观察组患者采用桃红四物汤治疗,观察并记录2组患者临床疗效,治疗前后视觉模拟评分、血清Ca125值变化情况,分析比较.结果:观察组接受治疗后,痊愈患者12例,总有效率87.88％;对照组治愈患者仅1例,总有效率只有53.13％,2组比较有统计学意义(P＜0.05).2组患者VAS评分在接受治疗后均有明显降低,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组患者治疗后VAS评分平均:(2.27±1.54)分,对照组仍较高,平均为(4.82±2.19)分,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗前2组患者血清Ca125值差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);治疗后2组患者血清Ca125水平均有明显下降,且观察组较低,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).对照组有总不良反应发生率为9.37％,观察组无任何不良反应出现,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论:桃红四物汤治疗子宫腺肌症痛经患者临床疗效好,多数患者疼痛减轻,月经不调现象消失,子宫大小恢复正常,且无任何不良反应,安全性高,值得广泛推荐使用于临床当中.
