湖北某地石英岩矿制备太阳能玻璃原料的关键技术研究

摘要

该文选取湖北某地石英岩矿为研究对象,经过“破碎—磨矿—分级—磁选—浮选”的提纯工艺流程处理,获得的最终精砂中SiO2含量为99.83%,Al2O3含量为0.12%,Fe2O3含量为0.0055%,精砂产率为58.39%,满足太阳能玻璃用石英原料的要求.%　　ThispaperselectsHubeiQuartziteoreastheresearchobject,throughthepurificationprocessof“crush-ing-grinding-classification-magneticseparation-flotation”,toobtainthefinalconcentratewiththecontentofSiO2is 99.83percent,thecontentofAl2O3is0.12percent,thecontentofFe2O3is0.0055percent,andtheconcentraterateis 58.39percent.Theconcentratecouldmeetthequartzrawmaterialsrequirementsforsolarglass.
