脱硫石膏代替天然石膏作缓凝剂的应用研究

摘要

通过不同掺量脱硫石膏作为缓凝剂磨制硅酸盐水泥的小磨实验，及干法造粒成球脱硫石膏和其他混合材搭配生产普通硅酸盐水泥的大磨实验研究，结果表明成球脱硫石膏完全可以代替天然石膏作水泥缓凝剂应用于水泥工业生产，所生产的水泥符合国家标准要求，且强度稍有提高。%The laboratory experiment that grinding Portland cement with different mixing amount of desulfurization gypsum adding in for retarder and the industrial experiment that the production of ordinary Portland cement with des-ulfurization gypsum made by dry process granulitization technology mixing with other hybrid materials were carried out in the study.The results show that the balling desulfurization gypsum could replace the natural gypsum to be used as cement retarder in cement industrial production.The production of cement could meet the requirements of national standards and has a little higher strength than that produced by natural gypsum.
