中国建筑节能产业向“微笑曲线”上游迈进的战略研究

摘要

该文以“微笑曲线”为理论基础，从建筑节能的政策体系、设计系统化、技术创新体系3个方面提出节能措施，使“微笑曲线”上游一侧上升，从而获得更多的附加值，促进产业升级，实现能源、经济与环境的和谐共生、协调发展。%In this paper,based on the theory of"smiling curve",we put forward energy saving measures from the building energy conservation policy system,the systematic design and technology innovation system.This make the "smiling curve" upstream side to rise,in order to gain more value-added,promote industry upgrading,and achieve harmonious coexistence and coordinate development of energy,economy and environment.
