从铜钼尾矿中回收长石的试验研究

         

摘要

为了提高资源的综合利用率,回收铜钼尾矿中的长石,采用中磁—擦洗—浮选—强磁的试验流程,最终产品的钾钠总含量比大于12%,可作为陶瓷釉料使用。该文通过研究表明:擦洗作业中加入不同的介质对长石的后续浮选作业有较大影响,中性浮选与酸性浮选相比,精矿品位更高,但产率偏低。%In order to improve the comprehensive utilization of resources,realize the recovery of feldspar from cop-per-molybdenum tailings,purification experiments are carried out with technological process of intermediate intensity magnetic separation—scrubbing—flotation—high intensity magnetic separation.Potassium and sodium content of the final product is greater than 1 2%.That can be used in the production of ceramic glaze.Research shows:there is great influence on the subsequent flotation by adding different media in the scrubbing operation.Compared with the acid flo-tation,the neutral flotation gets a higher concentrate grade of feldspar,but the yield is low.
