用于光纤湿度传感器中敏感材料的研究进展

摘要

敏感材料是光纤湿度传感器的重要组成部分，新型敏感材料的应用对于光纤湿度传感器的发展有着重要的促进作用。该文对湿度敏感材料进行了分类阐述，同时介绍了基于敏感材料的光纤湿度传感器近期研究进展及其感湿原理，并对光纤湿度传感技术目前存在的问题及发展趋势进行了讨论。%As an important part of optical fibre sensors,novel sensitive materials have been applied in recent years.A review of the applications of humidity sensitized materials is presented,describing as well as the recent progresses in optical fibre humidity sensors and the sensing mechanism related.The drawbacks and prospects of the optical fibre sen-sors are also discussed.
