Based on the historical, cultural and other aspects of the reasons, some of the buildings built in the relatively long period of time need to retain and continue to use.How to effectively identify the safety of such buildings is essential.Taking an office building in a tea factory in Taoyuan county built in 50s of 20 century as an example, through site investigation, detection, review and analysis of the combined structure,the article describes the method and process of safety identification of historic brick concrete structure buildings.%基于历史、文化等多方面的原因,一些建成年代较为久远的建筑物需妥善保护并加以利用,如何对该类建筑物的安全性进行有效鉴定至关重要.文章以常德市桃源县20世纪50年代的茶厂内一栋砖混结构办公楼为例,通过现场勘验、检测,结合后期的结构复核和分析,阐述了对该类房屋安全性鉴定的方法与流程.
