淹水胁迫对丁香叶绿素含量及荧光特性的影响

     

摘要

In order to research the flooding stress response of plants in Syringa L., taking S. oblate, S. amurensis and S. microphylla as test materials, the effects of flooding stress on chlorophyll content and chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics of three varieties were researched under the pot culture condition. The results showed that the chlorophyll contents and fluorescence parameters of leaves in the three varieties were influenced significantly by flooding stress. As flooding stress time was expanded, the chlorophyll contents of the three varieties was decreased, but the original fluorescence (Fo) and the non-photochemical quenching coefficient (qN) of leaves were significantly increased, but the maximum fluorescence (Fm), the PS II maximal photochemical efficiency (F√Fm), the potential photochemical activity (FJ Fo), the electron transport rate (RET) and the photochemical quenching coefficient (qP) were significantly decreased. The change range of the indexes in S. microphylla was the smallest, the next was S. amurensis, and S. oblata had the weakest resistance to flooding stress in the three varieties.%为了研究丁香属植物在淹水情况下对淹水胁迫的响应,以紫丁香Syringa oblata、暴马丁香S.amurensis 和小叶丁香S.microphylla为试验材料,在盆栽条件下研究了淹水胁迫对3种丁香叶绿素含量及叶绿素荧光特性的影响.结果表明,3种丁香叶片的叶绿素含量和各叶绿素荧光参数受淹水胁迫的影响较为显著,随着淹水胁迫时间的延长,3种丁香的叶绿素含量降低,叶片的初始荧光(Fo)和非光化学淬灭系数(qn)明显上升,而最大荧光(Fm)、PS Ⅱ最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)、PS Ⅱ潜在光化学活性(Fv/Fo)、电子传递速率(RET)和光化学淬灭系数(qp)均呈显著降低趋势,3种丁香比较,小叶丁香的变化幅度最小,紫丁香的最大.表明小叶丁香对淹水的抗性最大,其次为暴马丁香,紫丁香的抗淹水能力最小.
