油茶光合作用光响应曲线的拟合

     

摘要

为探讨不同光响应模型对油茶光合特性的适用性,利用非直角双曲线模型、直角双曲线模型和改进的直角双曲线模型拟合了油茶的光响应曲线,通过分析光合参数模拟值与实测值的接近度,在3个模型中筛选最佳油茶光响应模型.结果表明,非直角双曲线和直角双曲线模型都无法直接估算光饱和点,也不能解释光饱和区域的光抑制现象;而改进的直角双曲线模型能较好地描述油茶在不同生境下的光响应曲线,其光合参数均接近实测值.因此,可将改进的直角双曲线模型作为研究油茶光响应曲线的首选模型.%In order to research applicability of different light-response models to photosynthetic characteristics in Camellia oleifera, light-response curves were fitted by non-rectangular hyperbola model, rectangular hyperbola model and modified rectangular hyperbola model. The optimal model was screened out from the three models through analyzing proximity between the simulated and measured values of photosynthetic parameters. The results showed that non-rectangular hyperbola model and rectangular hyperbola model could not directly estimate light saturation point and explain the phenomenon of photoinhibition at light saturation region. However, modified rectangular hyperbola model, whose photosynthetic parameters were close to the measured values, could describe light-response curve of C. oleifera in different habitats. Therefore, modified rectangular hyperbolic model could be considered as the optimal model in studying light-response curve of C. oleifera.
