不同种源无患子光合与蒸腾速率差异分析

     

摘要

To study physiological characters of net photosynthetic rate (Pn) and transpiration rate (Tr) in Spindus mukorossi from different provenances,using Li-6400 portable photosynthesis system,Pn and Tr in S.mukorossi leaves from Jing'an County and Jiujiang City were measured.The results show that,between the provenances,among crown positions and among their interaction,Pn in leaves shows significant differences,and also Tr except crown positions.But water use efficiency (WUE) shows no differences in three factors.Both Pn and Tr of different provenances show single peak parabolic trend,which all of the values from Jiujiang are higher than those from Jing'an.Pn of the middle position of crown in Jingan show a double peak curve,the peak values occur at 12:00 and 16:00 respectively,the low value occur at 14:00,and the first peak value is higher than the second peak value.Pn of the other position of crown is a single peak value.Photosynthesis in leaves at both the middle position of crown in Jiujiang and the upper position of crown in Jing'an is better than that at other positions.%为了研究不同种源无患子的光合和蒸腾速率等生理特点,采用美国生产的L6400光合测定仪对江西省靖安县和九江市庐山区的无患子叶片的光合和蒸腾速率进行了测定.结果表明:不同种源、不同树冠部位(上、中、基部)及种源与树冠部位间的交互作用,其叶片净光合速率均达到了显著差异水平,蒸腾速率除在树冠部位间的差异不显著外,在不同种源和种源与树冠部位间的交互作用均达到显著差异水平;而水分利用率在不同种源、不同树冠部位及种源与树冠部位间的交互作用中间均不存在显著差异.两种种源的无患子叶片的净光合速率和蒸腾速率均呈单峰抛物线变化趋势,且九江的测定值均为高于靖安.靖安中部叶片的净光合速率呈双峰抛物线变化趋势,其峰值分别出现在12:00和16:00,两峰间的低谷出现在14:00,且第1次峰值大于第2次峰值;而其他部位叶片的变化曲线均为单峰抛物线.九江中部叶片、靖安上部叶片的光合作用分别强于其他部位.
