序贯三联综合疗法治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果观察

摘要

Objective: To study sequential triple combination therapy in treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods: Between January 2012 and July 2014, 200 cases of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were selected and randomly divided into four groups, namely, TCM Enema Group (TCM), Kangfu Anti-inflammatory Suppository Group (KAS), Pelvic Therapeutic Equipment Group (PTE), and Sequential Triple Combination Therapy Group (STCT). Results: Total effective rate of clinical treatment in patients in the STCT was significantly better than that of the other three groups, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusions: In clinical treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, the triple sequential combination of traditional Chinese medicine enema treatment, Kangfu Anti-inflammatory Suppositories, and pelvic therapeutic equipment treatment has better clinical effect. The combination treatment is worthy of clinical popularization and application.%目的：探讨序贯三联综合疗法治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果。方法：选择我院2012年1月至2014年7月收治的慢性盆腔炎患者200例，将其随机分成四组，分别为单纯中药灌肠治疗组、单纯康妇消炎栓治疗组、单纯盆腔治疗仪治疗组和序贯三联综合疗法治疗组。结果：综合疗法治疗组患者的临床治疗总有效率显著优于其他三组患者，比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：在临床治疗慢性盆腔炎时，在中药灌肠的前提下，给予康妇消炎栓联合多功能盆腔治疗仪进行治疗，具有比较好的临床治疗效果，值得临床推广应用。
