风电机组齿轮箱故障分析及改进措施

摘要

本文总结了风电齿轮箱在运行、维护过程中的常见问题，并对其主要影响因素进行了分析，提出齿轮箱在设计、生产、运行维护时需要采取的措施及相关建议，以提高风电齿轮箱的可靠性。%　　By reviewing the common problems of wind power gearbox in the process of operation and maintenance and analyzing its main influencing factors, the measures and suggestions in the design, production and operation&maintenance have been proposed in order to improve the reliability of wind power gearbox.
