Under the circumstance of vigorous development of low-speed wind power market in the domestic, this paper presented a program of blade lengthening transformation, where the wind speed is lower than the expected value. In the text, a simulation of the transformed wind turbine was performed by Bladed. Meanwhile, this paper analyzed the cost of transformation and the economic benefts of wind turbines. Ten its feasibility and engineering signifcance were demonstrated.%在目前国内大力发展低风速风电场的背景下,本文提出一种在风速较预期值偏低的风电场进行风电机组叶片加长改造的方案。文中通过Bladed软件对改造风电机组进行了仿真实验,同时简要分析了叶片改造成本和风电机组的经济效益,进而论证了该方案的可行性和工程意义。
