舞钢远程计量系统的设计与功能实现

摘要

According to actual conditions of production process flow and material flow,Wugang designs and estab-lishes a complete materials remote centralized metering management system with various functions of remote centralized metering,monitoring,management for truck scale,rail weighbridge,stationary platform scale,automatic acquisition, car number automatic identification,data sharing and remote weighing for railway transport information,which achieves the data exchange and seamless integration between metering system and purchase settlement system,satisfying the ma-terials metering requirements of centralization,high efficiency and accuracy.%根据舞钢的生产流程及物流实际情况，设计建立了一套完整的物资远程集中计量管理系统，具备汽车衡、轨道衡、固定台秤的远程集中计量、监控、管理，以及铁路运输信息的自动采集、车号自动识别、数据共享和异地称重等功能，真正实现了计量系统与采购结算系统的数据交换和无缝结合，达到了集中、高效、准确的物资计量要求。
