PDA 数据采集分析系统在舞钢4100 mm 宽厚板轧钢生产线的实际应用

摘要

With high automation level,fully automatic rolling can be achieved in Wugang's 4 100 mm wide and heavy plate production line. Due to too many dispersed signals detected at the site,problems such as rolling interrup-tion,rolling schedule disorder,TCS automatic rebooting frequently occurred in the initial period after start - up,of which the causes are hardly determined. PDA is capable of recording the operation data and possesses offline analysis func-tion. The paper mainly introduces the configuration,major functions,features and operation result of the PDA system in Wugang's wide and heavy plate production line,and describes the application and effects of the system in system opti-mization,trouble shooting by actual cases.%舞钢4100 mm 宽厚板轧钢生产线的自动化程度高，可实现全自动轧钢，但由于现场检测信号数量多且分散，投产初期经常出现轧制中断、规程混乱、TCS 重启等问题，很难确定故障原因。数据采集分析系统（PDA）可以根据用户需要，连续记录设备运行信息，并具有离线分析功能。重点介绍了 PDA 数据采集分析系统的构成、主要功能、特点及运行情况，并且通过具体实例阐述 PDA 系统在生产实践中的优化、故障原因分析中的应用及其发挥的作用。
