黑龙江八五八小穆棱河国家湿地公园规划

摘要

The National Wetland Parkof Small Muling River in Heilongjiang is a typical representation of marsh river wetlands in the Sanjiang Plain.There are mainly three types of wetlands of constructed wetland,marsh wetlands,and river wetland,hosting rich plant and animal resources,and displaying a typical and unique ecosystem.These characteristics provide a good basis for determining the planning goal of the wetland park.Combined with the topographic features and resources,based on the principles of functional zonation,a "front-line,cross-strait and five-zone" structural model was used to make the wetland park a paradise for animals and plants.At the same time,ecotourism activities are carried out to promote the development of related industries and restructure of agriculture,it explores a new way of the development of agricultural reclamation.%黑龙江八五八小穆棱河国家湿地公园是三江平原沼泽型河流湿地的典型代表,有人工湿地、沼泽湿地、河流湿地三大湿地类,动植物资源丰富,生态系统有典型性和独特性,由此确定湿地公园的规划定位和规划目标.结合小穆棱河湿地的地形特征和资源情况,依据功能分区原则划分,将湿地公园规划形成了“一线、两岸、五区”的结构模式,使湿地公园成为三江平原动植物栖息的一片乐土.同时,通过生态旅游活动等促进相关产业的发展,推动农垦系统产业结构的转型,为农垦发展探索一条新路.
