经舟骨月骨周围腕骨背侧脱位12例治疗体会

摘要

目的:观察手法治疗经舟骨月骨周围腕骨背侧脱位的临床疗效.方法:采用手法治疗符合病例入选标准的经舟骨月骨周围腕骨背侧脱位患者12例.结果:12例患者随诊时间6～12个月,按上述标准进行评定,其中优9例,良1例,可1例,差1例,优良率83.3%.结论:手法治疗经舟骨月骨周围腕骨背侧脱位临床疗效显著.%Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of treating dorsal trans-scaphoid perilunar dislocation with maneuver. Method:Treated the patients meeting the inclusion criteria of dorsal trans-scaphoid perilunar dislocation with maneuver for 12 casets. Result: 12 patients were followed up for 6 to 12 months,assessed the results according to the above criteria,9 cases were excellent, 1 case was good, 1 case was effective and 1 case was poor, the good rate was 83.3％.Conclusion:Treating dorsal trans-scaphoid perilunar dislocation with maneuver has significant clinical effect.
