阶梯疗法在膝骨性关节炎治疗中的指导意义

Application of rescue by stages to knee osteoarthritis was concluded. It's found that lack of intervention and control to the development of knee osteoarthritis, as well as the mess of clinical therapies finally led to the loss of joint function, therefore, an individualized and comprehensive approach by stages for knee osteoarthritis is better nowadays and meaningful to clinical guidance.%对近年来阶梯疗法在膝骨性关节炎治疗中的运用进行综述,发现由于对该病进展过程中的干预和控制手段缺乏,且临床治疗方法比较混乱,最终导致关节功能丧失,因此对膝骨性关节炎进行个体化、综合、阶梯治疗是目前较好的疗法,具有临床指导意义.
