Objective: To explore and regulate the application of TCM nursing modes to perioperative nursing in orthopedic and surgical departments by studying on "nursing optimization plan with integrated Chinese and western medicine" and decrease incidence of low temperature during perioperative period. Method: Fifty patients in orthopedic or surgical department were performed with experiment with a randomized controlled trial. Experiment group received perioperative nursing based on "optimization plan", control group were given with nursing according to past experience. Average indexes of temperatures tested in the corresponding time were analyzed comparatively. Result: Incidence of low temperature in experiment group decrease by 24% compared with control group; Temperature curves of experiment group show that temperature is controlled relatively better during perioperative period and the curve of control group indicates that there is remarkable phenomenon of low temperature; comparisons between experiment group and control group suggest that the highest difference of average temperature during perioperative period is 1.1 ℃. Conclusion: "nursing optimization plan with integrated Chinese and western medicine" is effective in influencing low temperature during perioperative period.%目的:通过对"围手术期中西医结合护理优化方案"进行临床研究,降低围手术期低体温发生率,探索、实践并规范中医护理工作模式在骨、外科围手术期护理中的应用.方法:采用随机对照试验的研究方法,对50例骨、外科患者进行临床研究,实验组围术期护理按照"优化方案"执行,对照组围术期护理按照以往护理经验进行,将相应时间段测得的体温平均值,进行对比分析.结果:实验组低体温发生率与对照组比较下降了24%;实验组体温曲线显示围手术期体温控制相对良好,对照组体温曲线显示有明显低体温现象;实验组与对照组比较,围手术期平均体温最高相差1.1℃.结论:"中西医结合护理优化方案"对围手术期低体温影响有显著疗效.
