活肤膏与玉红膏治疗糖尿病足溃疡疗效对比

摘要

Objective: To investigate therapeutic effect of self-made HuoFuGao in treating ulcer of diabetic foot. Method: Sixty patients with ulcer of diabetic foot were divided into two groups. Thirty cases in treatment group received basic treatment and external application of HuoFuGao, control group were administered with basic treatment and ShengJi YuHongGao for external use. Both groups were changed dressings once every other day and treated for 30 days. Result: Total efficiency rate of treatment group was 86.6%, higher than 60.0% of control group with remarkable difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: Topical application of Gao can obtain better effects in treating ulcer of diabetic foot, while different composition of recipes can obtain different effects, self-made HuoFuGao in treating diabetic foot is superior to the others.%目的 观察自制活肤膏外用治疗糖尿病足溃疡的临床疗效.方法 60 例糖尿病足溃疡患者随机分为2 组,治疗组30 例,给予基础治疗及活肤膏外敷治疗;对照组30 例,给予基础治疗及生肌玉红膏外敷治疗,2 组均隔日换药l 次,30 天后观察疗效.结果 治疗组总显效率86.6%;对照组总显效率60.0%;2 组总显效率比较有显著差异(P<0.05).结论 膏剂外用治疗糖尿病足溃疡效果好,不同药物组方效果不同,自制活肤膏外用治疗糖尿病足溃疡疗效更优.
