Ob jective: To study clinical efficacy of herbal com press for the com plications after the surgery of medial patella instability through reconstruction of the medialpatellofem oralligam entwith iliotibialband. Method: All86 patients were allocated into 46 cases in the treatm ent group and 40 cases in the observation group. The treatm ent group received herbal com press com bined with functional exercise, the observation group functional exercise only. The im provem ents of pain were assessed with visual analogue scale (VAS) after surgery in 12 to 24 months, meanwhile the range of motion (ROM ) was observed. Result: The treatm ent group was less than the observation group in VAS (P<0.05); the excellentrate of ROM in the treatm entgroup and the control group were 95.6% and 80% , com parisonsbetw een both groups showed statisticalm eaning. Conclusion:Herbalcom press for the knee after the surgery of medial patella instability through reconstruction of the medial patellofem oral ligam entw ith iliotibialband is effective in the rem ission of jointpain and the increase of ROM .%目的:观察髂胫束重建内侧髌股韧带术及术后患膝中药热敷治疗髌骨内侧不稳的临床疗效.方法:将86例髂胫束重建内侧髌股韧带治疗髌骨内侧不稳术的患者随机分为治疗组和观察组,治疗组46例,观察组40例.治疗组采用中药热敷结合功能锻炼,观察组仅采用功能锻炼,于术后12～24月采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评价疼痛程度改善情况,同时观察关节活动度.结果:治疗组较观察组VAS评分降低(P＜0.05);关节活动度治疗组优良率为95.6%,对照组为80%,2组相比差异有统计学意义.结论:髌股韧带重建治疗髌骨内侧不稳术后采用患膝中药热敷对关节疼痛程度的缓解以及关节活动度的增加方面疗效显著.
