摘要

Professor Liu thinks that Qi-blood blocking and obstruction, intermingled of water and stasis are main pathogenesis of cancerous ascites, but the key part is that spleen function is damaged, the function of transportation and transference is impaired, the spleen is failing to transport and transfer, spleen-invigorating-stagnation eliminating method is effective in treating the disease.%刘教授认为：气血阻滞、水瘀互结是癌性腹水形成的主要病机，但其关键是脾的运化功能失常，中枢转运受阻，临床常以健脾化瘀法治疗疗效显著。
