目的：观察针刀治疗类风湿性关节炎腕关节病变的临床疗效。方法：采用针刀疗法治疗89例类风湿性关节炎腕关节病变患者，5天治疗1次，连续治疗3次后观察腕关节背伸度、掌曲度、压痛点数、晨僵时间和双手握力。结果：显效65例，占73.03%；有效20例，占22.47%；无效4例，占4.49%；总有效率95.51%。腕关节背伸度、掌曲度、局部压痛点数、晨僵时间及双手握力治疗后明显改善，与治疗前比较差异显著(P＜0.05)。结论：针刀治疗类风湿性关节炎腕关节病变临床疗效显著。%Objective:To explore therapeutic effects of needle-knife in treating rheumatoid arthritis wrist joint lesions. Methods:All 89 patients were treated by needle-knife, once each five days, for three times, gripping force of both hands, the time of morning stiffness, the numbers of tender points, wrist joint dorsiflexion degree and palmar flexion degree were observed. Results:There were 65 cases markedly effective and they occupied 73.07%;20 cases effective and 22.47%;four cases ineffective and 4.49%;total effective rate was 95.51%. Wrist joint dorsiflexion de-gree, palmar flexion degree, the numbers of local render points, the time of morning stiffness and the gripping force of both hands were improved remarkably after treating, the difference was significant when these indexes were com-pared with these before treating (P<0.05). Conclusion: Needle-knife is effective in treating rheumatoid arthritis wrist joint lesion.
