心身放松疗法对高龄白内障患者人工晶体植入术后视力恢复的影响

摘要

目的:探讨心身放松疗法对高龄白内障患者人工晶体植入术后视力恢复的影响.方法:采用前瞻性研究方法,选择2013年1月到2016年2月在安康市中心医院眼科诊治的高龄白内障患者300例,根据入院顺序随机分为2组,所有患者都给予人工晶体植入术,对照组在围手术期给予常规护理,观察组在对照组护理的基础上给予心身放松疗法.结果:2组均顺利完成手术,术中无严重并发症发生,观察组与对照组术后1个月的最佳矫正视力为(0.87±0.08)和(0.67±0.13),都明显高于术前的(0.14±0.09)和(0.15±0.11)(P<0.05),组间对比差异明显(P<0.05).观察组术后1个月的眼前房出血、眼角膜水肿、眼前房渗出等并发症发生情况明显少于对照组(P<0.05).观察组术后1个月的躯体健康、躯体角色功能、躯体疼痛、精力和总体健康等维度评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:心身放松疗法在高龄白内障患者人工晶体植入术中的应用能促进术后视力恢复,减少并发症发生,有利于患者生活质量的提高.%Objective: To explore the influence of psychosomatic relaxation therapy on visual recovery of senile cataract patients after the operation of intraocular lens implantation(ILI). Methods: By adopting prospective method, 300 senile cataract patients visited ophthalmology department of Ankang Municipality central hospital were chosen from January, 2013 to February, 2016, and divided into two groups according to the visiting order, all the patients accepted the operation of ILI, the control group accepted routine care during perioperative period, the observation group received psychosomatic relaxation therapy on the care of the control group accepted. Results: The patients finished the surgery smoothly in both groups, and no severe complication happened during the operation, the best corrected visual acuity of the observation group and the control group were (0.87±0.08) and (0.67±0.13) in one month after the operation, obviously higher than (0.14±0.09) and (0.15±0.11) before the operation (P<0.05), the difference was significant in the comparison between both groups (P<0.05). The observation group was less than the control group in the incidences of the complications of hyphema, corneal edema, anterior chamber effusion and others significantly in one month after the operation(P<0.05). The observation group was higher than the control group in the scales of the dimensions such as physical health, physical role function, somatic pain, and energy, total health in one month after the operation(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of psychosomatic relaxation therapy to senile cataract patients after the operation of ILI could promote postoperative visual recovery, reduce the incidence of the complications, and it is beneficial to improve quality of life of the patients.
