Objective:To investigate current situation of TCM care in the hospitals at different levels and the existing problems,and raise the corresponding measures.Methods:By using descriptive research method,561 nurses in 15 hospitals of different regions of Gansu province were surveyed with questionnaire,and the questionnaire contains eight aspects:the features of TCM care,the factors of influencing TCM care development,clinical application of TCM care technology,the forms of TCM care health education,the existing problems of TCM care health education,training modes of TCM care training,the existing problems of TCM care training and the measures of promoting TCM care development.Results:All 561 pieces of questionnaires were released,and 557 pieces were collected,and 14 pieces of questionnaires were invalid,consequently,543 pieces of questionnaires were included into the study.The features of TCM care mainly reflected in the aspects of preventive treatment of disease and health care (85.63％) and syndrome differentiation and care (71.45％);the factors of influencing TCM care development were the lack of TCM knowledge (81.03％),lack of the nurses (52.30％) and lack of initiative (47.70％);clinical application of TCM care technology were moxa-moxibustion (81.03％),cupping (76.24％),acupoint massage (71.45％),acupoint application (66.67％) and GuaSha (47.70％);the forms of TCM care health education mainly were health education propaganda (85.64％),releasing publicity material (76.24％) and demonstration education (47.70％);the existing problems of TCM care health education mainly were lack of TCM care knowledge (85.64％),the existing difference of the patients understanding the disease (66.67％) and unbalanced department development (47.70％);training modes mainly were operation study (90.42％),the doctor majored in western medicine learning traditional Chinese medicine (47.70％) and the assessment of three basics (42.91％);the existing problems of TCM care training were shortage of teachers (71.09％),lack of teaching materials (61.89％),low enthusiasm of learning (57.09％);and the measures of promoting TCM care development mainly were establishing care training plan (90.42％),regulating and being proficient in TCM operation (85.64％),increasing nurses (76.24％),providing necessary equipments(71.09％) and raising economic investment(66.67％).Conclusion:Currently,the work of TCM care is launched in two-grade and three-grade hospitals,and more projects are carried out,but different problems are existed in the course,the corresponding measures should be taken positively.%目的:调查各级医院中医护理工作现状以及存在的问题,并提出相应的处理措施.方法:使用描述性研究方法,对甘肃省不同地区的15家医院的561名护士进行问卷调查,问卷包括中医护理特色、影响中医护理开展的因素、中医护理技术在临床的应用、中医护理健康教育形式、中医护理健康教育存在问题、中医护理培训方式、中医护理培训存在问题及促进中医护理工作开展的措施等8项内容.结果:本调查共发放调查问卷561份,收回557份,无效问卷14份,最终有543份调查问卷纳入研究.中医护理特色主要体现在治未病、养生保健(85.63％)及辨证施护(71.45％)方面;影响中医护理开展的因素主要为中医知识缺乏(81.03％)、护理人力不足(52.3 0％)、缺乏积极性(47.7 0％);中医护理技术在临床的应用主要有艾灸(81.03％),拔火罐(76.24％)、穴位按摩(71.45％)、穴位贴敷(66.67％)、刮痧(47.70％);健康教育形式主要为教育宣传栏(85.64％)、发放宣传资料(76.24％)、示范式教育(47.70％);中医护理健康教育存在问题主要为中医护理知识不扎实(85.64％)、患者对疾病理解存在差异(66.67％)、科室发展不均衡(47.7 0％);培训方式主要有业务学习(90.42％)、西学中(47.7 0％)、三基考核(42.91％);中医护理教育培训存在问题主要有师资不足(71.09％)、教材缺乏(61.89％)、学习积极性低(57.09％);促进中医护理工作开展的措施主要有建立护理培训计划(90.42％)、规范熟练中医操作(85.64％)、增加护理人力(76.24％)、提供必要的设备(71.09％)、增加经济投入(66.67％).结论:目前在二三级医院均开展中医护理工作,开展项目较多,但是在开展过程中存在诸多问题,需要采取相应措施积极引导.
