Objective:To observe the clinical effects of the second stage therapy of TCM in treating 120 cases of adenomyosis caused by stagnation of heat-dampness. Methods: 120 patients with adenomyosis caused by stagnation of heat-dampness were selected as study object, they were given the second stage therapy of TCM:during period, given SiNi JinLing ShiXiaoSan decoction modification and DuYiWei capsules;in usual time, PuQiao XiaoLei ShiXiaoSan decoction modification, internal ectopic recovery tablets and FuAnNing tablets through rectal administra-tion, the changes of TCM symtoms, serum CA125 and uterus volume were observed before and after treatment. Results: TCM symtoms scores decreased after treating compared with before treatment, there were statistical differences (P<0.05);compared the main symptoms (pain degree of dysmenorrhea, lasting time of dysmenorrhea, dyspareunia, persistent pelvic pain, anal bearing-down pain, pain at the certain part, menorrhagia, dark red with blood clot), secondary symtoms(prolonged period, abnormal leukorrea, abnormal urine and defecation) scores before and after treatment, there were statistical differences (P<0.05). Compared the level of serum CA125 before and after treatment, there was statistical difference(P<0.05);compared uterus volume before and after treatment, there was no statistical difference (P>0.05). Conclusion:The second stage therapy of TCM has good clinical effects of treating adenomyosis of stagnation pattern of heat-dampness.%目的:观察中医二期疗法治疗湿热瘀结型子宫腺肌病的临床疗效.方法:选择120例湿热瘀结型子宫腺肌病患者作为研究对象,给予中医二期疗法治疗方案:经期服用汤剂四逆金铃失笑散加减+中成药独一味胶囊;非经期服用汤剂蒲翘消瘰失笑散加减+中成药内异康复片+妇安宁栓直肠给药,观察治疗前后中医证候、血清CA125、子宫体积的变化情况.结果:治疗后中医证候总积分较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);主要症状(经行腹痛疼痛程度、经行腹痛疼痛持续时间、性交痛、持续性盆腔疼痛、肛门坠痛、痛有定处、月经量多、经色黯红夹血块)、次要症状(经期延长、带下异常、二便异常)积分治疗后与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血清CA125水平治疗后与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);子宫体积治疗后与治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:中医二期疗法治疗湿热瘀结型子宫腺肌病具有较好临床疗效.
